Page order varies by marketplace and can change over time — always check the thumbnails before printing, especially the first time you use a new manifest format.
How It Works

Three steps, all in your browser

1

Upload your combined manifest PDF

The file downloaded in bulk from your marketplace's shipping/manifest section — usually one label page followed by one invoice page, repeated per order.

2

Apply a pattern, then check the thumbnails

Pick the closest matching pattern and every page gets tagged automatically. Scan the thumbnails and flip any page that's mistagged with one click.

3

Download two separate PDFs

One for labels (print on sticker paper), one for invoices (print on plain paper) — no more manually separating pages by hand.

How to Use

Step by step

1

Upload your manifest PDF

The combined file your marketplace gives you for bulk shipping.

2

Apply a pattern

Pick the closest match — alternating Label/Invoice is the most common layout.

3

Check the thumbnails

Every page renders as a thumbnail. Flip any mistagged page with one click.

4

Download both PDFs

One labels-only file, one invoices-only file, ready to print on separate paper.

Rules & Guidance

What to know before you use the output

Page order varies by marketplace and can change over time — this tool doesn't assume a fixed pattern. Always check the thumbnails before printing, especially the first time you use a new manifest format from a given marketplace.

Troubleshooting

Common questions when the output looks off

? Auto-pattern tagged everything wrong
Some marketplaces batch all labels first, then all invoices, rather than alternating. Try the "All Labels" / "All Invoices" pattern, or manually flip individual pages.
? PDF won't upload, or nothing happens
Confirm it's a genuine PDF with real text/vector pages, not a scanned image saved as a PDF. Very large files (100+ pages) may take a few seconds to render thumbnails.
? Downloaded PDF is empty
This means no pages were tagged with that type — check the page grid to confirm at least one page is marked Label (or Invoice) before downloading.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Any combined PDF where shipping labels and invoices are separate pages within the same file — this commonly includes bulk manifest downloads from Flipkart, Meesho, Amazon Easy Ship, and similar platforms. Since page order can vary by platform and changes over time, this tool shows a thumbnail of every page so you confirm the split yourself rather than assuming a fixed pattern.

No. The PDF is parsed and split entirely inside your browser using client-side libraries. Order data and customer addresses never leave your device.

Use the manual override — every page renders as a thumbnail with a Label/Invoice toggle, so you can correct any page the automatic pattern gets wrong before downloading.
